Sphere (Photo Prompt)

Sad Depressed Woman in Dark Bubble

am    but
this  single  moment
MY moment     MY juncture
MY stories                     MY endings
MY tears              MY spheres
MY best        MY worst
I am more
than what

nice….what is the idea of this? That we write something and reblog…do tell.

    • Kirsten posts a photo/graphic on Mondays, and you simply .. write something – prose or poetry or anything! You can post it at your own blog, and/or leave a link in her comments at her blog! Very challenging AND you ‘see‘ what other poets ‘see‘!

Only you can turn this picture of despair into one of hope.

I do believe this is one of my all time favorites that you’ve written. So powerful! And I love the way you formatted it. You and Lori are my inspirations. You have such a way with words. The way you string them together and the images you paint. Amazing! And thank you for participating in my Photo Prompts, I always look forward to what you will write.

    • I wanted to make the words/poem look, feel and read as a sphere/circle. I felt I was being allowed to view a very personal moment, but not a dark or dangerous attitude. Almost as if, in the very next second, the sphere would disappear, no longer needed, and she would simply stand, smile and walks towards where she needs to be. The angles and shadows in the background were interesting too, but they are 2-dimensional, behind and beneath her, and only serve as background…..but the sphere …. is about to disappear! At least… in my minds eye! 🙂
